$99 Diary Analysis Service

Initial Consultation (30 minutes)
Food Diary Data Analysis
Level Up Your Nutrition (30 minutes)

We would have an initial consultation so I can learn more about your goals and current nutrition habits. You would track your calories in My Fitness Pal so that I can review and analyze. We would then sit down for 30 minutes and I would be able to help you tweak your food choices so that you can upgrade your nutrition and enjoy better results.

Accountability Check-ins

This option is more in-depth and the Diary Analysis is included. Each week we have a different topic that we cover via email and over the phone/FT. We will also have accountability check-ins via text throughout the week. I am available to answer any questions for you during that six week period.
